These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all products, services, software, websites, snapshots, campaigns, templates, and other assets (“Services”) provided by Francis Rodino, Lead Hero AI, KRO Projects Limited, and any affiliated entities (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use or access the Services.

1. Use of Services

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use our Services solely for your own internal business use. You may not sublicense, share, sell, or redistribute any part of our Services without express written permission.

2. Results Disclaimer

We make no representations or guarantees regarding outcomes, results, business success, revenue, or customer acquisition. All results vary depending on individual implementation, effort, and external factors.

You accept full responsibility for all business decisions, results, and actions taken in connection with our Services.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Francis Rodino, Lead Hero AI, KRO Projects Limited, and their officers, employees, partners, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or business interruption, arising from your use of or reliance on our Services.

4. Third-Party Software (HighLevel)

Our Services may integrate with or utilize tools provided by third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel (HighLevel). We do not provide support for HighLevel, nor are we responsible for its performance, billing, technical support, updates, or downtime. Any issues related to the HighLevel platform must be addressed directly with HighLevel.

5. Affiliate and Promotional Access

From time to time, affiliates may receive promotional access to products, templates, or training.

We are under no obligation to provide affiliates with lifetime, unlimited, or guaranteed access to any part of our Services.

We reserve the right to revoke, suspend, or modify access at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

6. No Resale or Redistribution

All materials provided — including but not limited to CRM snapshots, automations, templates, videos, scripts, SOPs, documents, and other proprietary content — are protected intellectual property.

You may not resell, replicate, redistribute, sublicense, or modify any portion of the Services for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of access and may result in legal action and claims for damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, systems, content structures, visuals, frameworks, and written materials, remains the sole property of Francis Rodino, Lead Hero AI, and KRO Projects Limited.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights or license to our intellectual property beyond what is explicitly provided.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted shall immediately cease.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KRO Projects Limited is headquartered (currently the United Kingdom), without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to enforce these Terms in any relevant jurisdiction where the user resides, operates, or has breached these Terms.

10. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, no refunds will be issued once access or delivery has been granted unless explicitly stated in writing.

You acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy before making a purchase.

Your use of our Services constitutes acceptance of our data handling practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We collect only the information necessary to deliver our Services and do not share or sell your data to unauthorized third parties.

Reverse-engineering, copying, or disassembling any of our software, snapshots, or assets

Unauthorized access to our systems or services

Misrepresentation of your identity or misuse of our tools in any fraudulent or unethical manner

Attempting to sell or distribute our content without permission

We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of abuse or misuse.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, third-party platform failures (e.g., HighLevel), or labor disruptions.

14. Non-Disparagement

You agree not to publicly or privately make any defamatory, disparaging, or harmful remarks about Francis Rodino, Lead Hero AI, KRO Projects Limited, or any of our affiliated persons, products, or services. Breach of this clause may result in legal action and termination of access.

15. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
